You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed accordingly.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, e-wallet, or another agreed method, since cash payments cannot be reversed directly.

5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

6. Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items or products not in original condition may not be eligible for return.
